Glow Explorers Terms and Conditions

1. Pre-Paid Sessions:
   - All sessions must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your session to a friend. Please ensure they contact us with their details prior to attending so we can update our register.

2. Attendance and Pre-Booking:
   - To maintain a friendly and intimate environment, we limit the number of attendees per session and operate a waiting list. We will try to accommodate friends in the same class where possible. Pre-booking is mandatory. Please do not attend a session without pre-booking.

3. Data Protection:
   - We comply with all current data protection legislation and use the secure digital booking system, Class4kids, which adheres to GDPR guidelines. We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to operate our business and do not share your data with third parties.

4. Photography and Privacy:
   - We occasionally use photos from our sessions on public forums such as social media. If you do not want images of your child shared, please inform your class leader in advance to ensure your privacy.

5. Closed Facebook Groups:
   - We have closed Facebook groups where you can share photos and information. We monitor these groups to ensure all members are legitimate, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sharing personal information in these groups. For any personal matters, contact your Glow Explorers leader directly.

6. Policy Acknowledgment:
   - We assume parents have read all our main policies. You may request a paper copy of any policy. Attendance implies agreement with our policies. Additionally, you can request to see our other policies and risk assessments.

7. Session Safety:
   - Our classes, sessions, and parties are Sensory Adventures, featuring items and light-up objects that are not standard toys but sensory items. These items should always be used under parental or carer supervision. All participants assume responsibility for their own safety.
