Can I bring my baby's older sibling to class?Of course, as long as they understand it’s a class for their sibling and know to stay on the mat for the class duration then you’d be welcome to bring them with you. Please note: You must let us know in advanced of their attendance so we can allocate you a bigger space!
-
How many adults can attend with my baby?We know that friends and grandparents love hanging out with your baby when they can so we’d love to welcome them along on our adventures too! Your mat each week will fit one adult and one baby, if you need more space please send us a message at least 24hrs in advanced so that we can make space - it’s not always possible but we try our best!
-
Do you offer twin/multiples discount?Absolutely; we allow one twin for free on our adventures! When booking, please secure a space for one of them and then send us a message so that we can manually add the other and reserve you a bigger space!

I'd like to attend a class which my baby is too old/ young for, is that ok?Generally if your little one is a month or two older or younger it's not a problem to attend a different age category class but please always get in touch before booking so we can check.
-
What should I do if the class I really wanted is already booked? If the class you wanted is fully booked, I’d recommend trying another but also make sure to add yourself to the waitlist. This really helps us see which locations need more sessions for future terms and things always change so if we know you are waiting we can get in touch and let you swap if and when we are able to do so

I'm nervous to bring my little one to a class, what if they are asleep or need feeding? Our classes are baby-led, so if you need to feed or change your little one during the class then feel free to do so. If they cry, don’t worry as that is the norm in a room full of babies and we are always on hand to help if you need it! You are welcome to change your baby on their mat as long as it’s not a messy one. Just ask your class leader to show you where the toilet with changing facilities is if you do need it. Please take dirty nappies home with you unless the venue has a specific nappy bin.
-
I'm running late, what should I do?If you are running late, don’t panic! We will always try to start on time in case there are other parents who are squeezing the class between nap/feed times, but if you do arrive a bit late, please just come in, get settled and we will make sure to include you in the activity once you are ready.
-
I can no longer make one of the sessions, what should I do?If you can't make one of our classes we are more than happy for you to gift your spot to a friend. Just let us know their details so that we can be ready to welcome them.
-
What do I need to bring to the class? You don’t need to bring anything additional to the class, however you might want to bring a blanket/muslin (especially for our teeny babys, as the familiar scent of home might help them feel more at ease in a new place).
